We are one of LTC's largest terminals in tractor count and revenue.
We
have 7 company drivers, 38 owner operators, 2 dispatchers, and a
terminal clerk. I've worked with some really good teams through
the years, but our team here is more like a family.
The primary source
of our revenue comes from the agricultural side. On a local basis, we pull asphalt and intermodal containers for
various shippers. We also send our drivers into the system where
they may haul anything from acids to resins to solvents or latex.
Our drivers
expect to stay out 7-10, but if you live close to the
terminal, it probably won't be that long. We try to stay loaded
as much as possible. Our drivers enjoy a good living (average
$135,000 for contractors and $42,000 for company drivers) and a respectful
working atmosphere. We try to look out for each other at all times
so we enjoy good relationships as well.
